Shifts may include:9:00 AM to 6:00 PMRequirementsRequired Education and Experience:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentMinimum age of 18TB test and physical before start datePreferred Education and Experience:Prior teaching or child care experienceCompletion of the South Carolina Early Childhood Credential (ECD 101)At least 6 months of experience in a regulated child care facilityAdditional Eligibility Qualifications:Successful completion of an FBI and SLED background checkAnnual completion of 15 hours of training, including:5 hours in child growth and development5 hours in curriculum activities for childrenRemaining hours in health, safety, or other child care-related topicsCurrent Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED certificationsIf transporting children, a valid Class C driver's license with a clean Department of Public Safety record, plus 2 hours of transportation training annually
