This role requires a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and safety, with strict adherence to the Company’s Quality System and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret specifications, identify product or process issues, and work effectively as part of a team. Above all, this position demands an unwavering dedication to product quality and workplace safety.Shift InformationLubrizol operates on multiple shifts. Opportunities are available on First and Second Shift.Sample First Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PMSample Second Shift: Monday–Thursday | 2:15 PM – 12:45 AMCompensationStarting Rate: $18.00/hour with opportunity for advancementShift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for Second ShiftHow You’ll Make An ImpactIn this role, you will:Prepare work by following assembly instructions and product specificationsManufacture basic components per Work Orders using designated equipmentSet up production equipment in accordance with approved Operating ProceduresControl and adjust basic machine settings within established operating rangesAccurately document work performed and take ownership of completed tasksMonitor and record process parameters such as time, temperature, and pressure, as requiredVerify equipment parameters remain within specified limitsManufacture product in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracyMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all timesSafety ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean and safe working environmentComply with all safety procedures, policies, and protocolsProperly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)Support a culture of safety through consistent adherence to standardsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED0–3 years of related manufacturing or production experienceAbility to read and comprehend procedures, drawings, and specificationsBasic arithmetic skills (addition and subtraction)Ability to work with hand toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic familiarity with personal computersPhysical DemandsConstant use of hands to finger, handle, or feelFrequent sitting, standing, walking, and reaching within arm’s lengthFrequently lift and/or move up to 10 poundsOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsConstant repetitive motion tasks (pushing, pulling, reaching)Continuous close-vision focus requiredWork EnvironmentAt Lubrizol, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and supportive work environment.
