Maintenance Supervisor

Direct Hire**Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor****Location:** Sioux Falls, South Dakota**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**Salary:** $45,000-$50,000 per year**Position Summary**We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our warehouse facility in Sioux Falls. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining a safe work environment, and coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance programs.**Key Responsibilities**+ Supervise and support warehouse maintenance technicians and custodial staff+ Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment and facility systems+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems+ Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards+ Maintain building systems including lighting, dock doors, racking, forklifts, and conveyor systems+ Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed+ Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventory+ Assist with budgeting for maintenance supplies and repairs+ Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred+ 3+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment+ Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred+ Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions+ Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping**Skills & Competencies**+ Leadership and team management+ Strong communication skills+ Time management and organizational ability+ Attention to detail and safety awareness+ Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentLSI Staffing is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
