Test Engineer

Job Title: DFT EngineerLocation: San Jose, CA | San Diego, CA | Irvine, CA | Chandler, AZEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking an experienced DFT Engineer with strong expertise in SoC test methodologies, DFT architecture, ATPG, scan implementation, and verification. The candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating DFT solutions, improving test coverage, supporting silicon validation, and collaborating with design and verification teams.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.6+ years of experience in DFT architecture, implementation, ATPG, and SoC verification.Experience with scan, MBIST, JTAG/TAP, ATE, and SLT methodologies.Hands-on experience with DFT flows IP integration, synthesis, and verification processes.Proficiency with DFT EDA tools such as Synopsys DFTMAX/TetraMAX or Siemens Tessent/TestKompress.Knowledge of fault models including Stuck-at, Transition, Cell-Aware, and Path Delay.Experience with advanced silicon process technologies and low power/high-speed designs.
