We live our core values every day through accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, integrity, and doing the right thing for our employees and customers.What You'll DoAs a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting payroll operations across multiple companies while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee support.Key Responsibilities:Process full-cycle payroll for multiple business entitiesAdminister union payrolls and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreementsManage Certified Payroll (DBA/DBRA) reporting and prevailing wage complianceCalculate and administer prevailing wage/fringe benefitsEnsure multi-state payroll compliance, tax reporting, and regulatory adherenceProcess garnishments, tax levies, and wage attachmentsAdminister employee payroll deductions and benefit withholdingsPrepare and support quarterly and annual payroll tax filingsConduct payroll audits, reconciliations, and reportingPartner with HR, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams to resolve payroll questions and issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and risk reductionMaintain payroll records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and complianceWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:5+ years of full-cycle payroll experienceExperience processing multi-state payrollStrong experience with union payroll administrationExperience with Certified Payroll (DBA/DBRA) and prevailing wage requirementsWorking knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and wage lawsExperience handling garnishments, tax levies, and wage attachmentsExperience with benefits and payroll deductions administrationPayroll audit support experienceStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPPreferred Qualifications:Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity, UKG, and Paycom is essentialExperience in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or government contracting is a plusKnowledge of general ledger coding and job-costingWho You AreYou Take OwnershipAt Redi Services, we value people who take responsibility and follow through.
