We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and motivatedCustomer Care / Call Intake Specialistto become an important part of our front-office team.This position is the first impression of our company. You’ll help customers feel taken care of from the very first phone call or message while keeping our schedule full, organized, and running efficiently.What You’ll Do:Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly
Schedule appointments and help maximize shop workflow
Gather accurate customer and vehicle information
Follow up on missed calls, leads, and opportunities
Support the Service Advisor during busy periods
Help create a professional, welcoming front office environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Strong communication and people skills

Organized and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, positive, and coachable attitude
Customer service experience preferred
