Responsibilities:Takes/Reviews/Converts home care referrals and works with office staff to ensure that cases are appropriately authorized for services. Conducts/Supervises client care including assessment, recertification, care plan development, coordination of services, discharge planning and periodic evaluation of client care. Takes, documents, and supports the resolution of complaints. Oversees Home Health Aide requirements for in-service and competency. Partners with the Branch Director in the Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Conducts recertification, supervisory and other home visits. Supports office staff with recruitment, new hire processing, and scheduling issues. Works with office staff to facilitate a recruitment program for staff for growth and adequate coverage of existing cases. Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives. Qualifications:Current unencumbered RN License in Florida 3 years of current nursing experience as an RN 1+ years of experience in home health care preferred Previous management / supervisory experience is preferred Knowledge of home health care regulations preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
