The Opportunity Were looking for asavvy, strategic, and experienced Event Producerto join our dynamic, collaborative team in Old Town Alexandria. This is asenior-level, hands-on rolefor a professional who hasmastered end-to-end event productionleading57 high-budget projects ($250K+)at once with confidence, creativity, and precision. Youll be thelead point of contactfor clients and vendors, guiding every element from concept to execution and ensuring events are deliveredon time, on budget, and on brand . What Youll Do ? Lead full-cycle planning and production of sophisticated, multi-faceted events ? Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and excellence ? Serve as primary client liaison, providing strategy, structure, and outstanding communication ? Oversee creative development, technical production, and on-site execution ?
