Sales Director

Role OverviewThis is a pure “hunter” role focused on new business development. The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients in need of recruitment and staffing services. You will play a key role in building our sales pipeline, closing deals, and establishing long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target prospective clients across key industries in the U.S.Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referralsBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closureConduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and position recruitment solutionsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreementsCollaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful deliveryMaintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reportsRepresent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesRequirements5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment/staffing or HR servicesProven track record in new business development (“hunter” mentality required)Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsExperience selling into U.S. markets (required)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
