You will consult with clients to understand their preferences, deliver customized services, and maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional looking to grow or maintain a loyal clientele in a serene, upscale setting.You are responsible for managing your own bookings, clients, and supplies while operating independently within a supportive, team-focused environment.Qualifications • Active Cosmetology or Manicurist License (California required) • Proficiency in manicures, gel, acrylics, nail art, and nail maintenance • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships • High attention to detail and creativity in customized nail designs • Thorough knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards • Professional, reliable, and self-directed • Ability to work respectfully within a shared, boutique spa environment • Established clientele • Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
