Job Description Native Sun Kitchen & Market is looking for all deli positions to join our team! We are rapidly growing. If you are a person who likes to have fun while you work and be part of a talented team, we want to talk to you!Responsibilities for Kitchen:Maintain food safety standards in accordance with local regulatory requirements;Maintain clean and safe work stations;Work with your team to prioritize production needs for the day;Prep vegetables and proteins using knives and other kitchen tools in accordance with our recipe standards;Kitchen: Operate ovens, stove tops, immersion blenders, food processors, and shredders in service of production goals;Make yourself available for scheduling. It's retail, so weekends are required.Responsibilities for Front of House:Be a helpful and enthusiastic member of your team;Create exceptional customer experiences through engagement;Assist customers through the ordering process, and ensure that their orders are sent to the proper station;Make the best smoothies and sandwiches in Jax Beach;Produce and package grab and go foods;Proactively engage guests and ensure they have a great experience.QualificationsStrong attention to detail;General knowledge of Food Safety practices;Positive Attitude and excellent customer service skills.Prior food and beverage experience heavily preferred.Must Be Able To:Stand for up to 8 hour shiftsOperate in hot or cold work environments (occasional trips to a walk-in freezer);Kneel and bendLift up to 30lbs in front of house, up to 50 lbs in back of houseWork weekendsMinimum pay is $15/hour, but starting rate is based on prior experience.
