They are the global cybersecurity leader who continually delivers innovation to enable secure digital transformation - even as the pace of change is accelerating,We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Security Solutions on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role will be on-site in Santa Clara, CA.ResponsibilitiesSupport go-to-market initiatives for secure access and cloud security solutions within a regional GTM teamOwn and manage relationships with assigned enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction and achievement of defined success criteriaConduct deep technical discovery to understand customer environments, requirements, and challengesPresent complex cybersecurity concepts in a clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand manner to technical and non-technical audiencesBuild customer success stories and case studies aligned with defined methodologiesPartner closely with product and R&D teams to represent customer needs and ensure solutions meet technical and business requirementsDrive results in a fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-oriented sales environmentProvide first-level technical support and triage for client issues, including creating detailed support ticketsMaintain accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making using CRM and reporting toolsManage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines and performance objectivesTravel as required to support client engagements and business needsSkills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical or quantitative field 6+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role4+ years of experience in cybersecurity domains such as networking and network security, endpoint protection (EDR/EPP), identity management, or data loss preventionStrong technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologiesProven experience selling complex enterprise cybersecurity solutionsStrong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical conceptsExperience conducting technical discovery and aligning solutions to customer needsProficiency with Salesforce and data-driven decision-making processesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issuesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilitiesSelf-driven, results-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel extensivelyWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
