Business Systems Manager - ERP & Operations

ResponsibilitiesLeading requirements gathering and documentation to translate operational needs into clear technical specificationsTroubleshooting system issues and escalating complex problems to ensure continuity of business operationsCoordinating and supporting IT priorities between major project cycles to keep day-to-day systems running smoothlyBuilding dashboards and analytics that enhance data visibility and inform leadership decision-makingActing as a bridge between IT and Operations, driving system optimization, continuous improvement, and stronger organizational alignmentQualifications7–10+ years of combined experience across IT systems and manufacturing operations within regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP, or similar)Deep experience with ERP platforms (Syspro preferred), data analytics, and process improvement initiatives and WMS operations in high-volume environmentsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL, including complex queries and performance tuningStrong capability in reporting and analytics, using Crystal Reports and Power BI to build dashboards and operational insightsSolid grasp of ERP data models and reporting architectures to support scalable, accurate data flowsProven ability to drive process improvements, assess operational risk, and influence cross-functional teams in an individual-contributor capacity, with potential to grow into leadershipSalary: $80k-120k (DOE)Ask for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
