The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for:Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, React, and supporting backend technologies.Implement complex user stories and technical solutions while collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and Agile teams.Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, and support software quality, performance, and maintainability.Explore and implement new AI and generative AI capabilities to enhance enterprise applications and technical solutions.Minimum QualificationsThe position requires:EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience6–9 years of experience in full-stack software development, including Java, React, SQL Server, Kubernetes, PySpark, and AI-related technologies.Technical SkillsFull Stack Java, React, SQL Server, Kubernetes, PySpark, GenAI Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, Cloud-Native DevelopmentBusiness / Domain SkillsSoftware Development, Application Architecture, Agile Methodology, Technical Design, AI Enablement, Stakeholder CollaborationCommunicationAbility to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.DocumentationAbility to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.Work AuthorizationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.
