No cap. Base salary: $50,000OTE: $100,000–$130,000+ Performance bonus: This role will earn compensation based on a tiered bonus structure. The bonus is tied to your output — not to legal outcomes. How you get there: Our firm currently opens 30+ new client files per month from firm-generated leads alone. Based on our actual lead volume — built over years of consistent marketing and a reputation that drives referrals — a solid performer hits OTE by maintaining that pace. You are the first voice they hear.
