They are seeking a Senior Manager of Test, Validation & Compliance Engineering to drive product safety, certification, and performance across a growing international portfolio.This is a critical leadership role with long-term ownership of North American test and compliance operations. You will play a key role in shaping next-generation access equipment while building and leading a high-performing engineering function in San Antonio.The RoleYou will lead all aspects of product validation, regulatory compliance, and certification strategy across a diverse range of aerial work platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Test & Validation LeadershipLead end-to-end test and validation strategy for aerial work platform products, including structural, hydraulic, electrical, controls, and stability systemsDefine and execute robust validation plans for new product development and current product improvementsEstablish best-in-class methodologies for testing, data integrity, and validation traceability across global teamsRegulatory Compliance & CertificationOwn compliance strategy across North America and international markets, ensuring adherence to ANSI A92, CSA B354, EN280, ISO, and other applicable standardsOversee certification activities, technical documentation, and audit readinessPartner with product safety, quality, and legal teams to ensure full regulatory alignment and risk mitigationPrototype & Test Facility LeadershipOversee prototype build and test operations, ensuring alignment with engineering intent, timing, and quality expectationsLead development of test infrastructure, equipment, and R&D capabilitiesDrive seamless integration between design engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functionsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplineProfessional Engineer (PE) license required10+ years of experience in test, validation, or compliance engineering within heavy equipment, aerial work platforms, or similar mobile machineryDemonstrated expertise in global regulatory standards (ANSI, CSA, ISO, EN) and product safety complianceStrong background in test facility operations, prototype development, and product validation processesExperience leading global teams and working across international engineering environments
