Spectrum Reach Program ManagerThis role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.Spectrum Reach provides custom advertising solutions for local, regional and national clients. Spectrum Reach creates scalable advertising and marketing services driven by aggregated and de-identified data insights and award-winning creative services. Spectrum Reach helps businesses of all sizes reach anyone, anywhere, on any screen.Responsible for overseeing business programs consisting of multiple, inter-related projects. Ensures successful coordination and integration of projects with respect to project scope, timing, and budgets. Reviews and advises on individual projects including audits, QA, and partners with project teams.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of Business Unit or Company programs. Develops business case in support of program strategy and ensures integration of associated projects, project scopes, timing, and budgets.Partners with project managers and project leaders to assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvement/changes. Coordinates with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plan.Oversees consistent application of established project management processes and methodologies across all projects within the program. Ensures projects are collectively on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and customer for plans and teamwork assignments, coordinating work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving the resolution of issues. Responsible for tracking key project milestones, identifying and managing risks, and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.Communicates with leadership and other stakeholders on program strategy, direction and changes. Partners with business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve program objectives. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.The base pay for this position generally is between $81,800.00 and $120,000.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
