Sourcing Manager

Sourcing AnalystThe Sourcing Analyst supports the development, execution, and ongoing management of procurement strategies across assigned vendors and categories. This role partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to help deliver cost-effective, compliant, and efficient sourcing solutions. The Sourcing Analyst contributes to contract reviews, supplier evaluations, and process improvements while developing foundational sourcing and negotiation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned vendors and categoriesPartner with internal business stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and recommend effective procurement approachesAssist with supplier evaluations, proposal reviews, and sourcing events to ensure business and customer requirements are metSupport contract review and negotiation activities under the guidance of senior sourcing professionalsMonitor supplier performance, market trends, and internal priorities to inform sourcing recommendationsMaintain vendor and contract documentation and support reporting needsContribute to cross-functional sourcing and category projects, including short- and longer-term initiativesAssist with process improvements and adoption of tools or technology to drive efficiency and consistencyBuild and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and internal partnersHelp track and communicate benefits and outcomes from sourcing and category initiativesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or logistics, or equivalent work experienceAt least one year of related experiencePreferred Skills and ExperienceExposure to category management or development of sourcing strategies for enterprise spendAbility to manage relationships with multiple vendors and internal stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with teammates and business partners at varying levelsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning procurement systems and toolsOur approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
