1ST SHIFT MOD COORDINATORPROMAN Staffing is partnered with a well-known distribution warehouse in Southaven, MS. We are now hiring Energized MOD COORDINATORS who are team players, versatile, and dependable!SHIFT AND PAY RATEPay Rate--$17.50/hour1ST shift 7:30AM-4:30PM plus mandatory overtime when neededSchedule is Monday through Friday. Must be flexible to work Saturdays and/or Sundays when neededJOB DUTIESVerify shipping documents, packing lists, and invoices for accuracy before dispatching.Schedule freight carriers and coordinate loading task.Prioritize daily sales orders and designate staff to pick and ship orders to meet deadlines.Collaborate with customer service to resolve order issues.Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributedPackage or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling), assemble product containers and crates, pack containers, attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information, stage and sort products for loading, load and unload trailersQUALIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONMust be Knowledgeable of the Oracle system, WMS or ERP software. Must be documented on submitted resume.Must have strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to proactively prevent logistics bottlenecks.Must have excellent communication and computer skillsMust be able to multitask and be a team playerMust be able to wear Steel or Composite Toe Shoes and Safety VestAbility to work in the cold and heat.
