Competitive Intelligence Manager

Title : Competitive Intelligence Manager Location : Remote Duration : 03+Months (Temp to Perm) Pay Rate Range : $39/Hr to $43/Hr Quick Summary of the Role The company is looking for someone to manage competitive intelligence (CI) platforms and turn market data and customer feedback into business insights. The main responsibility is to lead and optimize Crayon and Clozd platforms and help sales, marketing, and product teams improve performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Crayon Competitive Intelligence and Clozd Win-Loss platforms. Work with teams like sales, product, marketing, and IT. Handle integrations with systems such as: Salesforce Seismic Gong Google Workspace Create and manage competitive battlecards and market intelligence reports. Use AI tools such as Crayon Sparks and Ask Clozd for analysis. Track metrics like seller adoption, win rates, and revenue impact. Important Screening Point This role is highly specialized. The must-have skill is direct experience with both Crayon and Clozd platforms. If a candidate does not have experience with these tools, it may be difficult to qualify.
