POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Manufacturing Operations Team Leader your roles and responsibilities will include: Optimally managing the lines production activities developing collaborative partnerships with other functions and colleaguesDelivering business results in: Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Daily Production schedule adherence, Labor Relations and financial performanceEncouraging a Continuous Improvement approach through the implementation of FP&R (Factory Performance and Reliability) standard, small group teamsForming, developing and mentoring the team in a value-driven, performance based environmentLeading the team in completing key performance indicators and keeping the plant updated about operations performance on a regular basis.Reviewing team analytics to improve product quality and efficiency.Developing teams through Coaching and Feedback addressing individual performanceHandling administrative daily duties such as timekeeping, vacation, overtime and attendanceOther job functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONSMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Manufacturing Operations Team Leader who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Manufacturing Operations Team Leader would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following: Required Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 1 year of factory experience required. Preferred qualifications:Bachelor s degree in an Engineering field.2 or more years supervisory experience with a proven record of building and leading teams.Experience with production KPI s Reporting.Basic understanding of Factory Performance & Reliability standards.Proficiency with MS Office required, Google Suite and SAP.
