Financial Reporting AssistantResponsible for financial reporting, assistance with cost report preparation, oversight on internal controls for general accounting, payroll and compliance reporting.Oversee month-end close process.Prepare and present variance explanation.Prepare budget and coordinate process.Qualifications:Education/Experience Required:Bachelor required, Master's degree preferred. CPA highly recommended.4+ years of acute care hospital experience required.Experience working with net revenue and volume along with variance explanation.At least 4 years of healthcare accounting experience preferably in an Assistant Controller or Sr Accountant role.Must have experience with cash reporting and benefit cycle.
