Responsibilities: • Write and implement departmental operation schedules • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy Qualifications: • Food handling license required • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department Compensation: $54,000 - $58,000 yearly•Compensation:$54,000-$58,000 per year
