Overview As Senior Reliability Engineer for the PAC-3 Launcher Sustainment Reliability Team, you will lead reliability programs that identify hidden failure risks and drive corrective actions. You will surface risks early, quantify them, and collaborate with design, quality, and program management to keep launcher systems on track from concept to field service. You will manage FRACAS, trend data, and reliability metrics to support data-driven decisions and lifecycle cost reduction.
