Applications Developer

Overview In this role you will provide OA&M for Leidos ServiceNow platforms hosted on AWS, enabling automated data collection and integration with corporate systems. You will analyze, design, and maintain system modifications, upgrades, and interfaces while supporting multiple customers in an Agile, cross-functional team. Your work will drive actionable data reporting for decision making and mission-critical workflows. ResponsibilitiesMaintain OA&M for ServiceNow platforms on AWSAutomate data collection and integrate with existing systemsAnalyze, design, and maintain system modifications, upgrades, and interfacesCollaborate with stakeholders in Agile ceremonies to define requirements and tailor solutionsCoordinate upgrades to ServiceNow and develop reports/dashboardsConfigure ServiceNow components (workflows, forms, approvals, dashboards, reports) and manage sign-on methods (LDAP/PKI)Deploy applications on Linux servers and manage ServiceNow plugins Key requirementsTS/SCI with Poly clearanceBachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience OR Master's with 10+ years OR 16+ years of related experienceExperience developing applications on the ServiceNow platformExperience with AWS cloud infrastructureProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for ServiceNowExperience with MySQL databases for ServiceNow integrationsExperience in system integration and process automationExperience upgrading ServiceNow instances and creating reports/dashboardsExperience Agile software developmentExperience configuring ServiceNow components including workflows, forms, dashboards, and reportsExperience LDAP/PKI sign-on integrationExperience evaluating ServiceNow deployments and identifying issuesExperience in TEMs/Requirements meetings to elicit business requirements and translate to technical requirementsExperience deploying applications on Linux serversExperience deploying authorized ServiceNow pluginscommunication of requirements to stakeholderscross-functional collaborationability to translate business needs into technical requirementsServiceNow platform developmentAWS cloud infrastructureJavaScript
