Technical background is mandatory. 5+ years of experience in a technical role2+ years of Leadership experience leading software development teams1+ years of Leadership at a DeFi-related organizationPrevious experience as a Founder is a plusKnown public presence in the DeFi community. Experience with designing software architectures. Web3 experience preferredExperience in designing tokenomics is preferred. Competent with common Project Management tools, such as JiraExperience organizing multiple engineering efforts and being able to communicate effectively on progressPersonal interest in DeFi and the Cypherpunk ideologyCompetencies:Natural Leader - should understand what it takes to motivate people, how to handle their shortcomings, and how to bring out their best workDelegation - you will be in a position of significant responsibility, much of which you will be relied upon to properly delegate to others.Comprehensive understanding of DeFi - should understand the industry at an expert-level.
