Customer service is a top priority for us, so we are looking for people friendly drivers with excellent communication skillsResponsibilitiesSafely operate shuttle buses along specified routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulationsProvide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and alighting and answering questions courteously.Follow all company safety policies and proceduresAble to adapt to changing schedules or task if requiredTransport vehicles safely within the site from one location to another safely and quicklyMaintain the cleanliness of the bus interior and exteriorReport any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnelFollow schedules accurately to ensure timely arrivals and departuresCommunicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers using clear language and professional demeanorAssist with the loading and unloading of passengers, including those with mobility challenges or special needsAbility to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skillsSkillsValid US driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or similar transportation roles such as school bus driving, motor coach, or limousine servicesStrong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team membersCustomer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitudeAbility to operate Shuttle bus/ Shuttle Van vehicles safely under various conditionsExperience in delivery driver roles or paratransit services is a plusKnowledge of traffic regulations related to bus operation and safety standardsAbility to handle emergency situations calmly and efficientlyRequirementsMust have a Valid U.S. driver's LicenseMust be at least 21 years of age or olderMust have at least 1-year of previous experience or similarhttps://www.edsservicesolutions.com/apply or contact our recruiting department for more details or to schedule an interview ( 775) 451-0887.
