No need to build your network, we’ve done it for you!!!Responsibilities:To evaluate referred patients within 48 Hours of referralPrepare and submit notes per Sterling Staffing Solutions policyPlans and implements treatment programs for patients in accordance with physicians’ referrals, evaluation of patient's capabilities and/or pertinent medical historyAssesses home environment (as appropriate), and identifies equipment needs relative to speech/language functionConsult with physicians or referring agencies to provide feedback and report progressQualifications:Must provide a valid and current state driver’s licenseMust provide valid and current automobile liability insuranceMust provide a current CPR cardSLP licensure status must be active in the state of employmentKnowledge of the Kinnser EMR SystemDesired Attributes:Strong written and verbal skills required for documentationDetail oriented and self-motivatedThe ability to prioritize and multitaskThis is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to have a flexible schedule, earn better than average industry rates, and become their boss with a company that is rapidly taking over the home health industry.
