engaging, effective learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesCreate multimedia content including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, job aids, and interactive training materialsProduce customer-facing enablement materials and marketing content that aligns with brand standardsCollaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into accessible learning contentDevelop performance support systems including user guides, facilitation guides, and job aidsMap customer journeys and create data-driven
