ABOUT THIS ROLEAs the Area Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics, you will be the primary architect of LVT’s expansion into the global movement of goods. This is a high-impact, individual contributor leadership role where you will act as the vertical's strategic "overlay" expert, leveraging a deep background in physical security operations to solve the complex protection challenges inherent in global transit.
You will partner with our sales teams to identify, influence, and close high-value deals by translating LVT's hardware and AI capabilities into comprehensive security and loss-prevention solutions. You will define the go-to-market strategy that positions our AI-driven intelligence—and its ability to harden perimeters in remote or rugged environments—as the gold standard for Rail Operators, Port Authorities, and 3PL giants.
This role can be based out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, or remotely within the United States, with regular travel to meet with prospects and customers across the country.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect Vertical Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market framework specifically tailored to the nuances of Supply Chain and Logistics.
Drive Pipeline Excellence: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) overlay for the Go-To-Market team, providing the industry depth required to qualify opportunities and accelerate the sales cycle.
Influence & Close: Partner directly with sales representatives on key accounts to deliver compelling, vertical-specific value propositions that drive revenue growth.
Champion the Brand: Serve as the "Face of LVT" within the industry, leveraging an elite network of contacts across Class I Railroads, Port Authorities, and 3PL leaders like DHL and Maersk.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure our roadmap addresses the high-stakes operational and safety needs of logistics hubs.
Market Intelligence: Rigorously monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and customer feedback to refine LVT’s competitive advantage.
Field Leadership: Lead the charge in the field, with travel as needed, estimated ~15-30%, to engage stakeholders and oversee critical site deployments.

COMPENSATION
The beginning annual salary range for this role is $168,000.00 - $224,000.00 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
