Residential Service Parts Runner Pay: $19/hour + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available) Location: 499 Jessen Ln, Suite B, Wando, SC 29492 About Fix-It 24/7 Fix-It 24/7 is a local HVAC and plumbing company with over 20 years serving the Charleston area. We support our technicians by keeping parts, equipment, and jobs moving smoothly every day. Job Summary We're hiring a Parts Runner to help pick up, deliver, stage, and organize HVAC parts and equipment. This job is hands-on, physical, and fast-paced. You'll spend time driving, loading/unloading, organizing the warehouse, and supporting our technicians. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a solid team, this is for you. What You'll Do Pick up HVAC parts and equipment from supply houses Double-check orders to make sure all parts are correct before leaving Deliver parts and equipment to job sites Load and unload materials (heavy lifting required) Stage materials in the warehouse for upcoming install jobs Restock unused parts returned by installers or return them for credit Organize and keep the warehouse clean and orderly Handle warranty part returns to supply houses Help keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and ready to go Help manage permits and vehicle passes when needed Watch dumpster use and keep disposal areas clean Receive deliveries and report missing or damaged items What We're Looking For (Required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift up to 100 lbs Comfortable driving a company vehicle Organized, dependable, and on time Able to follow directions and work independently Nice to Have (Not Required) HVAC, plumbing, warehouse, or parts runner experience Familiarity with tools and trade materials Pay & Benefits $19/hour Health insurance (including a fully company-paid option) Dental, vision, and life insurance 2 weeks PTO 6 paid holidays + 1 floating birthday holiday
