Senior Electrical Engineer (Associate level with path to Partner)Location: Columbus, OHSalary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonuses + Profit Sharing + Health, Dental, Vision and 401k Benefits Bright Minds is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical engineering design through project life cycles in the Columbus area focusing on power distribution, lighting and fire alarms to respond to the needs in the healthcare, corporate and higher education markets. From project award through completion, this role serves as the primary point of contact for clients while orchestrating the daily efforts of engineers, designers, and drafters to keep workstreams aligned and progressing. In this role, you'll coordinate closely with internal teams, architects, and stakeholders to consistently meet project performance, schedule, and budget objectives. On a day-to-day basis, this includes leading the electrical design process through system calculations, equipment selection, and layout development, while maintaining accountability for quality through thorough QA/QC oversight. The role also supports client-facing efforts, contributing to presentations and project interviews, and remains engaged throughout construction with site visits and coordination to ensure execution aligns with design intent. Requirements for the Electrical Engineer:Minimum 7 years of experience with 3 years in team and project management capacity.Highly motivated and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong technical skills with ability to develop and clearly communicate concepts and ideas.Develop objectives to increase business with select clients, including owners, architects, developers and contractors.Ability to mentor staff on a project basis and assure continue advancement of staff from project to project.Proficient with Microsoft Office software.B.S. degree in Electrical EngineeringP.E. license For immediate consideration, please send MS word resumes to:
