Lead Teacher Infant Room
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and implementing educational programs for students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Qualifications:
High school diploma
CPR+ First Aid
- Previous experience working with students.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Passion for working with children and fostering their academic and social development
