Global Force Management & Exercise Planner - Clearance Required

This role provides analytical, planning, and coordination support to enable effective global force management decisions and execution of exercise-related planning activities.Responsibilities include:Provide Global Force Management and exercise planning support in coordination with MCICOM, Marine Forces Commands, and joint stakeholders.Develop and staff planning products, including operational plans, tasking orders, briefings, options papers, and recommendations.Support exercise, conference, and event planning and execution, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event documentation.Prepare meeting minutes, after-action reports, and readiness-related documentation to support leadership decision-making.Coordinate daily with HQ staff, regional commands, and external stakeholders via in-person engagement and secure communications.Assist with readiness reporting and assessments, including DRRS inputs and higher-headquarters reporting requirements.Analyze and contribute to risk assessments, force design initiatives, and strategic planning efforts.Support planning for National Special Security Events and other operational requirements, including force deployment and redeployment activities.Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide timely, accurate responses.Maintain and organize planning records and collaboration sites (SharePoint, Teams, NIPRNET/SIPRNET) in accordance with policy.Here's what you need:4-10 years of military experience supporting force management, exercise planning, or similar tasksBachelor's Degree (required)Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience using Adobe Acrobat for document preparation and managementExperience with information and knowledge managementDemonstrated experience preparing information papers and memorandums for the recordStrong written and verbal communication skills suitable for staff and senior-level audiencesActive security clearanceBonus Points If You Have:2+ years of experience supporting Global Force Management and/or exercise planningSenior-level Staff Officer assignment (General Staff / 2-4 Star level)Completion of DoD Intermediate or Career Level Professional Military EducationExperience with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools and advanced Excel analyticsKnowledge of and experience using Advana / Jupiter softwareExperience with risk management, including analyzing and writing risk narrativesExperience supporting military basing programsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationSecurity Clearance:Active Top Secret/SCIEducation:Bachelor's Degree (required)Work Schedule:HybridCompensation and Benefits:Cydecor offers a comprehensive compensation package including Health and Dental Insurance, Vision and Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 401(K) + company match, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Company Holidays, Tuition and Professional Development Assistance and more.What We Believe:We have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
