Digital Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.This role will own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across channels including paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on campaign management experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support growth objectivesManage programs across paid search, paid social, email, display advertising, webinars, and organic channelsBuild and optimize nurture campaigns and customer journeysAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendationsMonitor funnel metrics and conversion performanceConduct A/B testing across creative, messaging, landing pages, and audiencesPartner with sales, product marketing, creative, and analytics teamsManage external agencies and marketing vendorsMaintain reporting dashboards and communicate performance insightsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing experienceExperience managing multi-channel campaignsStrong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and funnel metricsExperience with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems such as SalesforceStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsPreferredExperience with SEO, SEM, paid social, and marketing automation toolsKnowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platformsExperience using AI tools to improve marketing performanceSuccess MeasuresIncreased lead generation and conversion ratesImproved campaign performance and marketing ROIData-driven decision making and continuous optimization
