Korean Bilingual - Manufacturing Engineer

Position: Manufacturing Engineer (Production Technology)Job Description: Design and optimize assembly processes for new battery models (e.g., JF1, JF2). Troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment and PLC systems. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle time and waste. Draft and update technical documentation, including PFMEA and process flow charts. Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation and facility upgrades.Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in manufacturing process design or equipment maintenance (Required). Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
