Full-time Nanny Needed in Sleepy Hollow NY

A warm, collaborative family in Sleepy Hollow is seeking a full-time nanny to care primarily for their 1.5-year-old daughter, with light support for their two older children (ages 7.5 and 9.5). Their current nanny—highly valued by the family—will help train the new nanny to ensure a smooth and positive transition. Mom is involved and present, so the family is looking for someone who feels comfortable working as a team, communicates openly, and enjoys a cooperative household environment. Key Responsibilities Toddler Care (Main Priority) Maintain daily routine and nap schedule Take her to the park and engage in social, developmental activities Support language development, learning, and curiosity Older Children (7.5 & 9.5) Provide support as needed Work collaboratively with Mom and follow the family’s team-oriented approach Household Support Dishes and unloading dishwasher Making beds & changing sheets Basic tidying Healthy meal planning and prep Ideal Candidate Energetic, active, and engaging Creative and organized, able to think ahead Flexible to occasionally stay an hour later here and there Comfortable working with a present parent Spanish-speaking is a plus Clear, strong English communication The family describes their toddler as social, curious, and thriving and they credit much of that to the nanny’s thoughtful, intentional engagement.
