Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Make a meaningful impact every day About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with children and individuals with autism, helping them build essential skills and reach their behavioral goals through evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices. Your work will play a vital part in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for every client. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized treatment plans designed to support skill development and positive behavior change. Provide hands‑on care and guidance to children with autism, including support with social skills and daily living activities (ADLs). Accurately document session data and maintain records in accordance with HIPAA standards. Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to track progress and adjust interventions as needed. Support clients in developing communication abilities and coping strategies through structured, engaging activities. Ensure a safe, encouraging environment by following all safety and behavioral protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen ABA and behavioral health expertise. Qualifications Experience working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum, is preferred. Familiarity with care plans, medical terminology, and clinical documentation is a plus. Understanding of behavioral health principles and ABA methodologies. Ability to assist with ADLs and provide patient‑centered care. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
