Role Description We are seeking a full-time, experienced Concrete Finisher to join our on-site team in Taos, NM. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for preparing construction sites, setting up and maintaining formwork, performing flatwork, finishing concrete surfaces, and operating necessary tools and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols while working collaboratively with the construction crew. Qualifications Experience with Power Tools and Heavy Equipment related to construction and concrete finishingProficiency in Formwork and Flatwork, including preparation and finishing techniquesKnowledge of basic Carpentry as related to concrete constructionAbility to interpret blueprints, follow instructions accurately, and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditionsCommitment to workplace safety and proper use of protective equipmentPrior experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a related construction role is highly preferredPossession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
