Amazon Leo offers opportunities to lead complex technical initiatives and influence products and services used across Amazon.Role Description The Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope work, and drive execution. On a typical day, this role will manage project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and communicate status and dependencies to stakeholders at multiple levels. The Technical Program Manager will partner with software development and product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions, refine roadmaps, and ensure high-quality releases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Redmond, WA, requiring close collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams and regular participation in planning sessions, design reviews, and post-launch evaluations.Qualifications Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex, multi-team initiatives from concept through delivery.Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, define metrics, assess trade-offs, and support data-driven decision-making.Experience with Software Development processes and technical concepts to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.Product Management capabilities to align programs with customer needs, business objectives, and long-term product strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present technical topics clearly.Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and driving continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or mathematucs or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in large-scale, cloud-based or distributed systems environments and familiarity with Agile and stage gate milestone or similar methodologies is beneficial.
