Field Supervisor (Sanitary Installation) New London, MN | Full-Time Travel: 100% Travel Required; Rotation Schedule Dahmes is seeking a Field Supervisor with 5+ years of sanitary process experience to lead crews and oversee stainless steel installations across North America. You’ll manage site setup, direct complex piping and equipment installations, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety and quality. What you’ll do: Supervise installations of sanitary stainless systems (piping, ductwork, vessels, platforms) Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs with leadership Mentor new installers and strengthen crew capabilities Ensure safety, accuracy, and cost control on every project Represent Dahmes’ core values while working with clients and contractors Qualifications: 5+ years in sanitary process industry, 2+ years in leadership Skilled in TIG/MIG welding, pipefitting, and sheet metal work Rigging and crane/telehandler experience Strong communicator with ability to read P&IDs and technical drawings Valid driver’s license, DOT clearance, and international travel eligibility Travel Perks: Per Diem with all travel & lodging covered by company.
