The successful candidate will step into the CFO role to provide day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight of the finance and accounting functions. This includes managing all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy for the Executive Leadership Team and Private Equity sponsor, and leading banking relationships. The role is particularly suited to a seasoned leader with a background in acquisitive environments, as the company has recently closed an acquisition and is preparing for more in the near future. The CFO Consultant will also be responsible for driving the integration of the recent acquisition and maintaining the robustness of the finance and accounting functions during a period of growth and transition. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years' experience, and a proven track record of at least 10 years in total management, specifically at the CFO level within Private Equity-backed environments. Essential qualifications include solid CFO-level experience, the ability to manage banking relationships, and a strong executive presence for interaction with the ELT and PE sponsors. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Insurance Agency/Brokerage industry and hands-on experience with M&A integration.
