Job DescriptionWe are seeking a experienced Meat Cutter to join the Operations team TriEagle Provisions. You’ll be breaking down, skinning and deboning pork primals into their respective cuts (Bellies, Hams, Butts, etc.). If you know your way around a knife there is a place for you here!Schedule:Monday - FridayHours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMQualifications:•    At least 1 year cutting meat in a commercial or retail setting•    Comfortable with knives, bone saws, band saws, and skinning equipment•    Knowledge of pork anatomy and primal cuts
