Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Associate Attorney to join their fast-paced legal team in Dallas. The role focuses on representing governmental entities in the collection of delinquent receivables, primarily related to property tax matters.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in district, county, federal, and justice courtsManage a high-volume civil litigation caseload, including motions, discovery, and hearingsReview cases for foreclosure proceedings and respond to legal filingsWork toward case resolution prior to hearings and support client revenue objectivesConduct legal research, prepare case strategies, and meet critical deadlinesCollaborate with internal teams and participate in regular litigation meetingsMaintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentialityRepresent clients at meetings, hearings, and related proceedingsQualificationsLicensed to practice law in TexasMinimum 3+ years of civil litigation experienceExperience with motion hearings, trials, depositions, and discoveryStrong knowledge of litigation processes and case managementPreferred QualificationsAdmission to U.S. District Court (Northern District of Texas)Experience in property tax, real estate, or government-related mattersMultilingual skills are a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary (DOE)Comprehensive benefits packageCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
