Position: Technical Program Manager / Product Owner – Banking & Loan Servicing PlatformLocation: San Diego, CA / Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)Duration: Long-TermOverviewWe are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / Product Owner with strong experience in Banking, Loan Servicing, Payment Processing, ACH, and Trust Accounting platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery, own requirements, coordinate architecture and engineering teams, manage vendors, and ensure high-quality execution within regulated financial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of banking and loan servicing platforms.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and product roadmaps.Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Compliance, and Executive stakeholders.Lead development of loan servicing, ACH processing, payment processing, trust accounting, reconciliation, treasury, and reporting solutions.Review technical architecture, APIs, database schemas, data models, and integrations.Manage internal/external development teams and vendors.Establish QA standards, acceptance criteria, and production readiness processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and operational controls.Required Skills10+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Financial Systems Delivery5+ years leading Banking / Financial Services Technology ProjectsExperience with:Loan ServicingACH ProcessingNACHA FilesPayment ProcessingTrust AccountingBank ReconciliationTreasury ManagementPositive PayLockbox ProcessingGeneral Ledger IntegrationsFinancial Reporting & ComplianceStrong understanding of:SQL & Relational DatabasesAPI ArchitectureSystem IntegrationsData MappingWorkflow AutomationLarge-Scale Financial Transaction SystemsExperience working in regulated banking or financial environments.Ability to manage both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
