Physician Assistant

An acclaimed longevity and precision medicine clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Mountain View, CA outpost, partnering closely with its renowned CEO & Founder, physicians, and clinical team. Headquartered in New York City, this highly respected practice is known for its advanced, data-driven approach to optimizing health, performance, and longevity.This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically sharp, highly organized PA who is passionate about proactive, personalized medicine. The PA will play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care, supporting both clinical and administrative functions, and helping patients understand and act on advanced biomarker data, lifestyle insights, and individualized treatment plans.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, polished, communicative, and comfortable working in a high-touch environment with discerning patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent follow-through, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with physicians, patients, and the broader clinical operations team.Compensation is extremely competitive and based on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with physicians and the clinical team to deliver optimal patient care using approved protocols for data collection, results analysis, and treatment planning.Conduct patient assessments, including interviews, physical examinations, medical history reviews, and evaluation of personal and family health history.Review and interpret advanced biomarkers, including hormones, risk markers, genetics, microbiome, micronutrients, cancer screenings, food sensitivities, and related diagnostics.Understand patient results within the broader context of lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, diet, nutrition, exercise, and overall wellbeing.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s interventions and therapies, including diet and lifestyle protocols, supplements, medications, peptides, wearable technologies, and emerging longevity tools.Stay current on technological advancements within the clinic and the broader longevity, wellness, and precision medicine fields.Document patient care thoroughly and accurately, including findings, treatment updates, diagnoses, medications, medical reports, and follow-up notes.Manage patient communication, including written correspondence, telemedicine follow-ups, lab result reviews, and responses to patient questions and concerns.Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.Participate in weekly clinical rounds and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment.Support staff education by sharing clinical information, learning opportunities, and best practices.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.Ensure all patient care is delivered in accordance with HIPAA requirements and applicable federal, state, local, and professional standards.Remain current on relevant legislation, clinical standards, and professional requirements.Participate in continuing education, professional development, and CME opportunities.Be available for on-call support as needed.Travel to satellite offices and CME conferences as needed.Required QualificationsMinimum of two years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting.Experience in endocrinology, internal medicine, functional medicine, longevity medicine, or precision health is a plus.Current state license and graduation from an accredited PA program.Board certification required.BCLS training preferred.Strong clinical intuition and sound judgment.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with patients.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Polished, professional, and courteous demeanor.Superior verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact with patients with patience, empathy, discretion, and clarity.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
