The client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:$81,000 - $100,000 (Salary Based on Experience)Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - Employer Pays 80% of Premium26 Days of Combined Paid Time Off15 Vacation Days10 Sick Days1 Personal Day13 Paid Holidays403B Retirement PlanContinuing Education/CEU ReimbursementLicense Renewal ReimbursementDisability & Life InsuranceResponsibilities:Monday–Friday 8am-4pmOutpatient Clinic - Going into the community / homes as neededComplete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plans and deliver appropriate interventionsDocument all services per organizational standardsProvide education to participants, families, and caregiversParticipate in care planning meetings and collaborate with the medical teamAssist with process improvements, policies, and workflow developmentMust be able to pass a respirator fit test (no facial hair interfering with seal)Local travel as neededRequirements:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent Massachusetts SLP LicenseAt least 1 year of experience working with the elderlyStrong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsCOVID vaccination preferredPlease Apply HERE or Send Updated Resume to Haylee@theipgteam.com
