Thanks for your interest in working on our team! Job Summary The Indirect Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the sales, property, and other indirect tax compliance of the Company. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the preparation, review and reconciliation of indirect tax filings, including sales and use, property, business license, other excise taxes, and unclaimed property. Review, approve and maintain exemption and resale certificates provided by customers Actively partner with business teams and implement indirect tax strategies aligned with business objectives Manage tax audits related to indirect taxes to minimize assessments and improve compliance Maintain the indirect tax calendar and ensure timely tax filings and payments Identify process improvements for various tax processes and implement changes for best practices. Maintain knowledge of tax law, monitor new legislation, and research tax issues and interpret regulations in multiple jurisdictions to determine applicability to the company’s transactions. Support the integration of sales tax platform and ERP Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required 7-10 years' experience in progressive Tax environment required Experience working in either a corporate tax department or professional services environment Familiarity with complex indirect tax issues and researching multi-jurisdictional application Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. No travel is required in this position. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) MST or Advanced Degree a plus CPA and/or CMI or working towards licensure a plus
