Junior DeveloperWe are looking for a Junior Developer with strong JavaScript fundamentals who is passionate about automation and quality. The ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and improve our Cypress test automation framework and ensure our applications remain stable through efficient automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, writing clean code, and improving development workflows using modern tools and AI-assisted development practices.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and improve end-to-end automated tests using CypressWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript-based test scriptsDebug failing tests and identify root causes of failuresMaintain and enhance the existing Cypress automation frameworkCollaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure product qualityIntegrate and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelinesMonitor test runs and ensure test stability and reliabilityReview pull requests and maintain code quality standardsCreate and maintain test data and test utilitiesImprove test coverage and reduce flaky testsDocument automation processes and testing standardsExplore and implement AI tools to improve development and testing workflowsRequired SkillsStrong understanding of JavaScriptHands-on experience with Cypress automation testingExperience using Git and GitHub for version controlUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with debugging test failures and maintaining test stabilityBasic understanding of web technologiesAbility to write clean, maintainable, and reusable codeUnderstanding of test automation best practicesNice to HaveKnowledge of test management tools (TestRail)Experience with Cypress, Playwright or other automation frameworksExposure to Agile/Scrum development environmentsWhat We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving mindsetAttention to detail and passion for quality softwareWillingness to learn and improve automation frameworksEnthusiasm for using AI in the software development lifecycle and testing pipelinesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
