We are expanding our field sales team and looking for driven, entrepreneurial individuals to help us bring our brand to new markets.The RoleAs a Junior Territory Sales Representative for Dallas, Texas you will be the face of Transformer Table in your region. This is a field based, road intensive role that requires self motivation, strong relationship building skills, and a passion for premium design. You will be responsible for growing our retail footprint, supporting existing accounts, and ensuring our retail partners are equipped to successfully represent our brand.ResponsibilitiesProspect, identify, and open new furniture retail accounts throughout Dallas, Texas.Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing retail partners through regular in person visits and proactive follow up.Drive retailer adoption of the Transformer Table marketing program, including in store displays, promotional materials, and digital assets.Educate retail staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to ensure strong in store representation.Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop action plans to maximize sales within your territory.Represent the Transformer Table brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at every touchpoint.Provide regular territory updates and sales reports to the management team.Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required.Qualifications & RequirementsValid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle, as frequent travel throughout the territory is required.1 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer facing role; furniture or home goods industry experience is a strong asset.Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay accountable without direct supervision.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Confident presenter with the ability to pitch products and programs to buyers and retail managers.Results oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Comfort with CRM tools and basic reporting (experience with HubSpot or similar is an asset).Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.What We Offer$50,000 base salary plus Bonus + Commission.Mileage reimbursement and travel expense coverage.Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing product training.A high growth brand with a strong product story that sells itself.Supportive team culture that values initiative, creativity, and results.Real opportunity for career advancement as our sales organization grows.
